Gig review – Victorious Festival

Absolutely loved the gig at victorious last weekend! It’s never the easiest gig to actually get into due to the enhanced security and parking situation, however once we were in we felt proud to be a part of this amazing festival. Covering the majority of the Southsea common area, Victorious really did encapsulate the Summer Festival vibe.
The people in charge of the People’s Lounge area were so easy to work with and so positive about all of the music happening. The entire vibe around the stage was positive with all the bands staying around to watch each other. We were buzzing after our set and stayed around for the rest of the day to watch some of our good friends play, like ‘Ticklin’ the Pickle’ and ‘Muttnik’. Then Tom and Jack played with the funk unit that is ‘Beatroot’ to finish off the night. Definitely one of our favourite gigs!
